Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas according to customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized tea station with all necessary supplies.
- Restock tea supplies, such as tea bags, sugar, milk, and disposable cups.
- Clean and sanitize tea-making equipment and utensils regularly.
- Take and process orders for tea from customers politely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the tea station for different events or shifts.
- Ensure the tea station is well-stocked with fresh and clean supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
- Follow health and safety standards when handling and serving tea.
- Report any issues with tea supplies or equipment to the supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting atmosphere around the tea station.
- Prepare and serve additional beverages or snacks as requested by customers.
- Communicate with the kitchen or bar staff to coordinate tea service with other orders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding tea service and customer interactions.
