Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of guest cabins, public areas, and dining spaces.
- Assisting guests with their requests and providing excellent customer service.
- Setting up and clearing dining tables, including arranging cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
- Ensuring that food and beverage service areas are well-stocked and organized.
- Handling and storing of linen and laundry in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assisting with the preparation and service of meals and beverages.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Following safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Providing information about ship or hotel amenities and services to guests.
- Assisting with the embarkation and disembarkation process for guests.
- Handling passenger luggage and ensuring it is delivered to the correct cabins.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of event spaces for meetings or social gatherings.
- Monitoring and replenishing supplies such as toiletries and stationery.
- Assisting with the inventory and stock management of supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
